Toffee here. Eddie Is absolute class. Was at the game today. Newcastle was the better team but a draw was a fair result. Only after getting home and reviewing both penalty decisions, I thought both were spot on. The ref was still shite though.

Make no mistake, Eddie Howe will manage Everton one day. I think it’s his dream job since he was a child. A lifelong Evertonian. He won’t leave Newcastle any time soon unless it goes sower and if it’s soon I think he’ll get the England job but if he doesn’t, I can see him managing Everton under the Friedkin group. He loves the club and it’s obvious every time he speaks about Everton.

Newcastle was much better footballing wise and Everton were quite fortunate to get a draw.
It was a right decision to give Newcastle the penalty, and also a right call not to give Everton a penalty.
