Utilizing an amazing & affordable plugin FBX to AE, I go over some basics of how it can be used to combine 3d footage into an AE scene.

Let me know if there is more specific content you'd be interested in seeing! A lot of my workflow is me experimenting with new tools and techniques to grow my 2d, 3d, and animation vocabulary. This tutorial is great as it introduces a way to blend all those separate parts together into one project.
This is a very basic overview, with no explanations of 3d programs or how I animated the bridge, but it should be enough information for any 3d person to explore some AE modifications via the 3d camera.
