"Everything everywhere all at once" - amazing movie which was created on a low budget: 25 million USD. I don't have that amount of money so let me present to you the lowest budget possible scene recreation. I will recreate this scene cinematic lighting with cheap RGB light, mini panel light, tape and rotating cake stand. The best part of this scene is movement of lighting, which creates a cool effect in the eyes of the character. It will be challenging to recreate, but this is how I learn cinematography :)
