In iran we have it in almost every meal, it is even an ice cream flavor here (a really famous one too) also used in sooo many drinks. Seeing this made me appreciate the fact that it has always been so accessible for me.

Love saffron. Used to put it in instant rice while in its resting/waiting phase of cooking. Gives it a nice earthy flavour
