Luwombo is not a national dish. It is a traditional meal of one of the biggest (biggest) tribe, the Baganda. Each tribe has it's own traditional food. Very delicious

Point of correction Sir, the traditional dance LARAKARAKA is not from the people you have mentioned in your video. It is one of the very many traditional dances of the ACHOLI PEOPLE of the LUO ethnic group(s). I hope that helps and please edit and correct it.
