Please note the diluent provided in the ampoule is not 'saline' but is water for injections, which may be referred to as 'solvent' on the ampoule.

Dear Doctor, what can happen if the injection was not given correctly? The nurse shook it a lot and administered it with the same needle that was used to aspirate it 😢

Hi, I got my healthcare professional at the GP to administer this injection for me. I had been told not to shake it too hard in the instructions but I felt the nurse didn’t listen to me when I said this. Does it mean that it hasn’t worked?

Can I remove the needle from the vile while the powder and liquid are being mixed and put the needle back in to draw up the solution. Thanks
