Hiking loop to mt. Montgo and caves Aqua, Camell in Costa Blanca (Alicante - Spain).
GPS track in group:
Montgo is an impressive mountain lying between Javea and Denia.
If you look at the incredible shape of the mountain you will see it looks like an Elephants head with its trunk almost slurping at the Mediterranean sea. The eye of the elephant is in fact the Cova de L’Aigua (cave) where you will see a Roman inscription at the entrance dated 238AD. Ruins found in the cave suggest it was used in the Iberian Age and in the fourth or fifth centuries as a place of worship. It was also used as a water reservoir and can still flood with water after heavy downpours.

Used gear:
- Sony A6500 + lenses SEL1018
- Gopro Hero session 5
- Gimbal Zhiyun Crane plus
- Quick release Cullman RX448
- Joby Gorilapod tripod
