Getting Started with Content Manager | Assetto Corsa

A few of you guys have asked that I run through how to get started with Content Manager. I’ll be covering the lite version and just some of the basics to get you going, including how to use this with SteamVR.

For those that don’t know - Content Manager is a launcher for Assetto Corsa, what this means is you deal with all the game settings and content within CM and when you click the Go! Button within the launcher it’ll fire up the game for you. You don’t load the game from Steam or whatever platform you are using, you load up Content Manager instead. It simplifies some of the faff of installing mods and add ons and gives a slightly easier experience to get into races.

little tip for an otherwise amazing video, if the sun is extremely bright and you can't see, I wouldn't turn off sunrays, I think it's too nice of an effect to lose, instead use the page down button in game to turn down the exposure, for my ppfilter I have it at only 30%, because at 100 the sun is really bright.

Hi i have a question when i try to start just the assetto corsa original game it goes straight into content manager can u pls help me😢

So I got the paid version of content manager and I dragged the two files into one folder to open in. Problem is when I open it assetto corsa pops up and doesn't let me do anything. It opens up with my account (ac) because I purchased the game on steam. I'm fairly new to this I just purchased my first gaming pc last week and have no clue how to add or drag much into files and what not. I need like a how to do these things for dummy's video

I have a question. If I download content manager it is automatically conected with my steam game and will I get steam achievments or I have to do something like connect it or?
