would help if the reporter actually knew what she was talking about.. This article was not about sole mandates.. it was about accreditation fees and she was focusing on sole mandates

Its about time someone started policing this nonsense.
Lets not confuse Sole Mandate to sell a house will sole exclusive rights to sell within an estate.
