You only need a new "winning product" if your shop revolves around hype products, AKA products that everyone is talking about on social media for a few days to a few weeks. If you establish a brand selling clothes for example (which I'm doing) then it's possible to continue expanding the store as long as you know how to grow it and you keep releasing quality items. Some of the items will sell more than others, but even those I wouldn't really call winning products unless the entire shop depends on them, but that's just from my experience. I'm new to dropshipping but from what I've noticed most successful shops follow 1 of those 2 methods. I prefer building a brand because it seems more consistent (and also easier).

Hype shops can work extremely well as you've shown and completely outperform regular shops for short periods of time but they're very risky because they die out easily. I've been thinking of starting another shop which sells items like that but I have 0 experience with those. I guess once my main shop is big enough then I might branch out to other stuff to test.
