Its hard to believe and imagine how a company starting from literally nowhere can grow to this scale. With visionaries like Dhirubhai, his company achieved what no other company in the world could even comprehend. Growing up in India during the 80's and 90's there was so little confidence in Indian companies and their capabilities. Companies with reliance proved that with will there is no limit to what can be achieved. From creating a mega oil refinery to changing India's telecom landscape reliance has proved that there is no sector that cannot be revolutionized with proper application of people and technology. The one sector where I expect Reliance to play a major role would be defense manufacturing in the future. If there is an Indian company that can compete with the corrupt western companies in this regard it can only be Reliance Industries.
