Thanks Marco. I finally found a video to help me. However can you get into this in more depth? Can you prepare video on debugging JAVA log file where you have no access to code? Something like understanding the issue so you can provide a root cause summary. Sometime, there is no error and exception on the log, how to read the stack which is the root cause of the data flow.

Good Effort but its better if you research on printStackTraceMethod and show the output with their printingRules
