Het belooft een hete zomer te worden met BAYWATCH. In de nieuwe actie-comedy BAYWATCH (geïnspireerd op de wereldberoemde tv-serie) wordt de ervaren strandwacht Mitch Buchannon (Dwayne Johnson) gedwongen om samen te werken met de nieuwe rekruut Matt Brody (Zac Efron). Wanneer ze op het spoor komen van een crimineel complot wordt het voortbestaan van hun strand in gevaar gebracht. Samen gaan ze de strijd aan wat leidt tot hilarische situaties.

Verder met o.a. Kelly Rohrbach (C.J. Parker), Alexandra Daddario (Summer Quinn), Ilfenesh Hadera (Stephanie Holden), Priyanka Chopra (Victoria Leeds) en Jon Bass (Ronnie). Met cameo’s van o.a. David Hasselhoff en Pamela Anderson. Geregisseerd door Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses).

Rumor says that Zac, being a perfectionist, needed to retake this scene over 40 times to finally get it right. What a proffessional!

I have a feeling that there were more than one takes of that scene. Also, Alexandra DaddarIo is one of the most underrated beauties in Hollywood.

She's gone on to prove her acting credentials in more acclaimed roles, but I think she enjoyed this film and it's promotion.
