I was 17, on holiday in France, when I met a French girl at the campsite disco and fell madly in love with her dancing to this. Then I had to fly home, never to see her again. Sob! I still have the vinyl single in a box in the attic.

This has such a weird mixture of tragedy and triumph to it's sound. It's oddly mesmerizing how it switches between the two. Glad I stumbled across this in my 70s music binge.

I was 14 when I bought in France the album that I still own... Like oxygene, space, klaus shultze, magical ring, vangelis etc. I keep them preciously as witness of my childhood.
Today I still listen to electronic music even if the mood of this music is different... I love it.

Merci, j'avais 9 ans quand j'avais entendu cette musique à la radio.
J'ai gardé cette musique en tête pendant 45 ans, cherchant sans ne jamais trouver.

There's no doubt in my mind that Europeans, especially French and Germans are the precursors of Electronic Music with Artists, Composers and Authors for the more recent and well known such as *Jean Jacques Perrey* _(French Author and Composer)_, *Kraftwerk* _(German Band Authors and composers)_, *Jean Michel Jarre* _(French Author and Composer)_ but also *Vangelis* _(Greek Author and Composer)_ and today *Daft Punk* _(French Band Authors and Composers / And Funky Music)_. Really impressive indeed!
