For anyone who is going to be taking their Med admin test, a classmate of mine came up with an acronym to help me remember the 5 rights of med admin (right patient, right route, right time, right drug, right dose.
P- Patient
A-Allergies
R-Route
T- Time
E-Expiration Date
D-Dose
D-Drug
