Insurance companies begin every claim with "pre-existing condition" regardless of evidence. Then the victim has to prove it's not. Insurance is SUCH a racket.

I was recently told by an ER doc I have no memory of seeing because I don't remember about 3 hours after the accident that I couldn't have a concussion because I was alert and oriented and the CT didn't show anything. I couldn't tell the EMTs the name of a prescription med I'd been taking for 15 years or even why I'd been taking it, I don't remember arriving at the ER, I don't remember most of my time at the ER, I don't remember seeing the doctor, I don't remember making a number of phone calls that my phone remembers me making, and I also kept telling family stuff because I didn't remember that I had already told them that multiple times over the previous three hours. I also just recently found out that apparently faceplanting on pavement while avoiding a moving vehicle means that my head hit from a fall of less than 3 feet even though I am about 5'6" in my shoes.

Your leg was already broken. That’d make me so mad I swear. I don’t expect less those. Where I work I’ve seen people get broken fingers and broken feet a few times. Drug test first thing and even when you pass they blame the person that got hurt. Rarely do they take them to the Dr. it’s about saving money not doing what’s right.

Yes, I've kept all of my ophthalmology, orthodontic, behavioral, and general doctors appointments, and some how, all the doctors, nurses and *myself* missed this pre-existing injury... Totally...

Even IF I was already injured why would it matter if the crash makes the injury worse permanently

OMG!!! I GOT INTO an accident right after army boot camp. And they claimed I had an existing injury. They showed the work out I was supposedly doing during tring and even the doctor they hired said. Those movements would be absolutely impossible! Without being in so much pain. I WON that case. Like wtf? I had just gotten out of boot camp do you seriously think I went 3 months of hell without goin got the doctor once just to finally do it when someone crashed in to me

Wild considering your previous vid about “taking people as they are” eg, if someone with glass bones is injured on your property, you can be fully responsible, and the “preexisting” glass bones don’t matter.

But insurance gets to use the opposite claim.
