Ok well I'm very jealous! The A7SIII is on my bucket list. Have fun with it! I'll be sure to follow up and see how you like it.

Very nice. As a long time Sony A6500 user, I keep debating the jump to full frame and the new A7S iii looks to be the ticket. How is the 24-105 f4 working out for you in low light in the hunting woods? Seems to be the best zoom balance available for most situations. I have to ditch my 18-105 f4 in low light on the A6500 due to the crop sensor and run faster primes. Lots of lens swapping while up in a tree. Moving to full frame would simply things. Sadly, Sony hooked me on the APS-C years ago and I am deeply invested in the smaller glass. I am probably going to bite the bullet though and dive into full frame and new glass after deer seasons this year.

I am going to use this camera myself for this season! Quick question, are you constantly messing with your Aperture or ISO to keep up with the light change in the woods? Trying to determine what the best settings would be for filming in the woods. Or do you not touch the ISO at all and stick to 640 & 12800?

I have the Sony 70-200 f2.8 II and the Sony 24mm 1.4 for my lenses.

Hey Michael great video! I'm have been saving up my nickels to upgrade to the A7S iii. For clarification which single lens do you recommend for this camera? Obviously you know what application I am using it for. Most important to me are the low light performance, slo mo, and autofocus (for now).

What frame rate are you filming in for the 240fps with the 24-105 lens? Great video!
