How to make Mexican AGUACHILES Mango & Tequila Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
2 habaneros (Use one if you don’t like super spicy)
4 chiles de arból
1 cup key lime juice
Juice of 1 orange
1 cup fresh mangos (save 1/4 cup for blending)
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 purple onion, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
3 oz of tequila or bacanora Optional
Clean and devein shrimp and slice in half
Add shrimp to plate, pour lemon juice over shrimp to begin cooking process
Meanwhile, blend 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup mangos, 1 cup pineapple, habaneros, and Chile de arbor until smooth
Add blended ingredients to shrimp, add salt, and mix
Add remaining ingredients mango, cucumber, onions, and 💥Boom Done!!
You can enjoy this recipe with corn chips or tostada style. If you’re watching your carbs; You will not miss a thing as this dish is full of flavor and texture to keep you entertained hehe love you! 💕
