It's indeed an iconic dish. I don't eat it often, but I can still say you can find it here and there, at least where I live. It is well-known, yes, but it still kinda competing with other à la carte menus for people who prefer other dishes.

I want to say more about where to find pad thai, (in case one wants to visit Thailand after this cursed global event, ) but since I don't order pad thai often... sorry, hehe.
