Matcha Muffins Recipe - from Matcha Tea | Healthy recipe

Ingredients:

200 g oats
150 g Coconut flakes
3 bananas
3 eggs
3 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp baking soda
5 tbsp Matcha powder
2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

1)Put the oven on for 250 °C. Add the oats and coconut flakes in a roasting pan. Leave it to toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
2)Mix the toasted oats and coconut flakes in a blender until it is ‘flour-like’ consistency.
3)Mix the eggs and bananas together.
4)Combine the oats/coconut flake mix with the banana/egg mix.
5)Add baking powder, baking soda, matcha powder and honey.
6)Pour the dough into cupcake cases.
7)Let the muffins bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
8)Serving tips: Cream cheese and avocado.
