I had a crow for several years. He would come and go. The last time he came in he was talkative and disturbed. I went to feed the horses and he flew over to the fence post and watched me. I gave him some cracked corn and a special pet. Went on and finished my chores. When I got back to him he was deceased. Really broke my heart.

My dad made friends with a wild one. There was a nest nearby his work. He would go and hang out there for a bit during break and talk to them in their nest. Then he would head back. Before he knew it they would be flying to him when he went on break and then follow him back when it was time for him to go in. He even made a different trajectory for lunch and one of them came to greet him on his walk to get food, cawing away at him when he said hello.
