Final Cut Pro X is so underrated! Software is just a tool - no need to splash big money on AE when you can work hard and get competitive results with what you've already got. Hi Mark, could you please explain how to apply smooth zoom together with the letterbox effect? Since the borders are zooming as well, when I don't need to. Tried to apply letterbox to zoom in transition, with no success :) Please help

Hi Marc!
Whenever I try to do a zoom effect on FCPX, the letterbox I've added in goes with the zoom (when I zoom it with the "scale all" bar, and I'd like it to stay in place rather than zoom with the rest of the shot. How do I keep the letterbox from zooming with the shot? Thanks
