“Otherwise, it seems like it's pretty much business as usual in the courthouse, except for the fact that there are journalists all in every hallway and around every corner. There is also a huge media presence outside where there are security or security barriers set up around the courthouse. And at least one street in front of the courthouse is blocked off to cars.”
STORYLINE:
Donald Trump and officials in Atlanta are bracing for a potential new indictment in a Georgia prosecutor’s investigation into the Republican ex-president’s efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state.

At the Fulton County Courthouse on Monday a handful of current and former Georgia politicians were either called in to testify or were seen at the courthouse.

Associated Press reporter Kate Brumback said that former Georgia state Sen. Jen Jordan was called to testify.

“Jen Jordan left the courthouse late morning. She had been subpoenaed to testify in from the grand jury, and she said that she answered questions for about 40 minutes. We also know that former Democratic state Representative Bee Nguyen and Gabriel Sterling... an official in the secretary of state's office, also have been seen at the courthouse this morning,” Brumback said.

Outside the court, media gathered in droves and streets were closed to accommodate the influx of media and pedestrian traffic.
