I think instead of talking about retirement, we should talk more about workplace reforms, better compensation, stricter regulations for employee welfare. We need call out bitter boomers like narayanmurthy and toxic entrepreneur like Bhavish agarwal. If our job is trying to squeeze us dry, how are we supposed to continue till 80 let alone 60.

But then again we live in India, where a tax paying law abiding citizen's life doesn't cost much.
