So do i have to do this step you show everytime i want to watch or view a pic or video on my fb messenger app, or just the first initial time then the app will always remember this setting?

This does not work for shared ALBUMS, and I am trying to see it on my laptop. I can access the albums on my phone, but on my laptop, I get the message, "Attachment Unavailable: Shared albums aren't supported yet on this device. Open the..." and then the message is cut off. I can't even open the message to see what I'm supposed to open or how to resolve this!
