Small Scale Silica Gel Column Chromatography

A brief summary of the steps involved in small scale silica gel liquid chromatography from preparation of the column, addition of the sample, collection of fractions, analysis of fractions by TLC and NMR analysis of purified material from the column. We use Sigma Silica Gel high-purity grade (7734), pore size 60 Å, 70-230 mesh.
