Edit: Payet definitely deserved it as equally but Richarlison not really. Olesky (the disabled guy) scored a very similar goal as Richarlison But Richarlison flicked it up for himself which is slightly worse to be honest.

2017 was just not fair. The goal keeper wasn’t used to scoring and he didn’t just score. HE FRICKING DID A BYCYCLE KICK which is better than most players… I know that Giroud’s goal was also amazing with the scorpion… but the goalkeeper’s goal was just sensational 😢

2021 had multiple options. Lazaro scorpion kick, Ferran Torres backheel flick, Taremi Bicycle kick. Messi his goal was good but those goals I mentioned were miles clear

I felt that Pavard deserved it in 2018. For a defender who wasnt all that known (was at stuttgart at the time) to score a half volley like that against one of the best teams in a World Cup is crazy.
