You are introducing micro cracks in the pv modules below the glass. Those module are fragile and due to the vibration of caused by the water jet, the pv cells will develop crack and it will degrades its efficiency. High pressure washing is not recommended

Need to clean with low pressure on pannels and this would be recommended, need some idea about panels

You can clean with pressure, washer but not like this and you have to change low pressure mode. Other wise pannels will damage with high pressure.
