When I moved to my new area for work I found a boardgame group that plays games once a week. We sometimes play wingspan, but not often because it takes so long the card shop we meet at usually closes. Sadly some of the really fun games we found, like Dixit, don't have digital versions.

Thanks for the heads up avout the expansion, but I think I may have played too much of the base and EE.
I'm sitting here, all hyped up yelling at the screen about strategy, while you're carefully considering options.

My favorite aspect of the digital version is how the computer handles all the rules and scoring / organizing. None of those "wait, let's re-read the rules" interruptions.
Special shoutout to all the bird sounds that my cat loves.

Wingspan is a great game, I also have all the expansions but we just play the digital version because the set up takes so long XD

You should also check out the digital version of Dune Imperium! It's also a great adaptation of the boardgame and I'd love to see your strategy :D

I love so much this board game! A great choice.

Other good board games to give a try: Scythe / Everdell / Root are on my top list. And of course I recommend Overboss coming soon but I'm not neutral on it :)

Slightly off-topic, but don't the expansions dilute the bird deck so that setting up combos becomes harder?

I heard that this game is almost a solitaire. You do your own thing, build your own combo, without ever interacting with any of the other players.
Ho true is that?

I don't know what it is but this game just doesn't click with me. I can't get the engine to do anything... maybe I need to play it more than 3 times, but I just don't want to when it hasn't been fun :(
