I have a question so I got a new bunny on may 6th and I noticed when I brought her home that she had a lot of poop stuck to her butt so I didn't want to stress her out too much being in a new home and everything so I waited a day for her to settle in and feel more safe then I decided ok I will go ahead and try to trim it out because it was really stuck on there! So doing this I was able to get a closer look at her bum and that's when I noticed she had a big patch of hair missing down to the skin she was bleeding a bit from the hair being pulled out ! I was wondering what is going on with this ive never seen this and can't find any info on this other then fly strike but now I'm really scared if it is fly strike what do I do next !! I don't want her to stress and be afraid of me if I have to take her to the vet she is only 7 weeks old and the bunnys were kept outside in cages so maybe it could be possible fly strike ?? Plz any help advice would be appreciated
