CVE-2023-21823 - Windows Graphics Component Remote Code Execution Vulnerability - An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could gain SYSTEM privileges.
CVE-2023-21715 - Microsoft Publisher Security Features Bypass Vulnerability - An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could bypass Office macro policies used to block untrusted or malicious files.
CVE-2023-23376 - Windows Common Log File System Driver Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability - An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could gain SYSTEM privileges.

FIXES with Feb 2023 Windows 10/11 patches KB5022834 | KB5019274 | KB5022845
Windows 11:
Fixes Domain Name System (DNS) suffix search list. When you configure it, the parent domain might be missing.
Fixes the TPM issue that stops you from using AutoPilot to set up those systems.
Fixes the Resource conflict issue between two or more threads (known as a deadlock). This deadlock affects COM+ applications.
Applications that use WebView2 include Microsoft Office and the Widgets app. The content might appear blank or greyed out.
Windows 10
Fixes issue with news and interests - Flicker on the taskbar and File Explorer might stop responding.

In SCCM Console, Navigate to \Software Library\Overview\Software Updates\All Software Updates.
You will need to initiate a WSUS Sync from the All-Software Updates node (Right-click on the node and initiate the sync).
Search with the following KB5022836 and KB5022845 Numbers for Win11 and KB5022834 for Windows 10.
Or you can search with 23-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11/Windows 10, as shown in the below screenshot.
