Hop in the cockpit of a F-22 as a pair of Raptors fly over NASA's Kennedy Space Center and the iconic Vehicle Assembly Building as the SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket launched (timecode 0:56) Starlink mission 6-52 from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

As the rocket ascended, two F-22 Raptors accompanied the Falcon 9 up to 18,000 feet, offering a spectacular one-of-a-kind aerial view, before peeling off and heading west for the 2024 Orlando Air Show.

We're excited to present to you this exclusive POV footage from the cockpit of Captain Samuel "RaZZ" Larson as he and Safety Officer Sawyer Murray follow the Falcon 9 Rocket up to Class A Airspace.

We're extremely thankful to everyone who helped us coordinate this incredible event! We hope you enjoy!

This is type of video you would imagine seeing in 50 years time inside of a history class.

What’s even cooler about this for me as I was out surfing on Cocoa Beach about 100 yards out from the shore sitting on my board and my friend said hey check that out and I seen two planes fly overhead like the rocket going up pretty blessed to live here

i live just a couple miles from kennedy space center, pretty close on the island. and from my house i have a view over the indian river. the shuttles used to rattle the houses with such intensity, i could hear the neighbors windows rattling from across the street, but some of these space x launches have been ABSOLUTELY insane, between watching it go up like the biggest bottle rocket you’ve ever seen /felt, and feeling the most intense bass you will ever experience, it rumbles your insides. and when they do the “jellyfish” effect, it’s one of the most interesting, trippy, awesome things i’ve ever seen in my life. if you haven’t experienced it, i highly recommend people that are coming to vacation in the area to plan ahead, come when there is a scheduled launch date, and you will have one of the most extraordinary & awesome experiences you’ve ever had, and you’ll never forget it.

*This is because the rocket doesent have a self destruct feature so they need to fire a Aim-9x or AMRAAM to destroy it* 😂😂😂😂😅

Yea, the F22s can follow for a bit, but that Faclon Heavy at 100% throttle up will leave them jets in the dust. It is a great shot tho.

Looking at it from that perspective, it appears you can see the earth rotating away, right after the rocket leaves the ground. The speed at surface, at the equator, should be 1000 mph.

Makes me wonder if it’s more than starlink going up in it.
