'Walking around Morningside Heights as New York City reopens' walk from West 110 Cathedral way to West 116 Street (Columbia University) on July 27, 2020 around 7pm.

Morningside Heights neighborhood is filled with history and sites that include statues, churches, cathedrals, parks, tombs, and most of all - Columbia University. I spent a lot of time in this neighborhood while going to school. Walking around Morningside Heights between classes or afterwards was the highlight of my student life. Walking around Morningside Heights as New York City reopens is a different story. The streets are deserted as classes have moved online and businesses are not getting enough customers from elsewhere to stay open. It is incredibly difficult to witness a row of closed businesses in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in New York City. Similar to other neighborhoods, Walking around Morningside Heights was an eye-opening experience.

I enjoyed the sites. Wished for scenes farther down Broadway. Just being selfish cuz I lived on 121st Street at the top of the hill in the 1960's. Yes, I was a child. But I still remember the neighborhood. My sisters and I were fortunate to attend Agnes Russell school because our mother was working on her Master's Degree at Columbia Teachers College. Our classmates, who also lived in the neighborhood, were from many different countries, and varied walks of life. It was a wonderful, rich environment on the street and in the school. Thanks for the tour.

The Traffic Light Shows Stop, but many ignore it. Is that normal in US NY?

At 4:15 I asked a stupid question and yes after further watching I answered it within two minutes, in the future I will refrain from asking any questions regarding any obvious famous locations unless I am completely stupefied, thank you and have a good day
