Regarding Utem (PEI), It is dimensionally stable resists high temperatures and acids. It certainly shouldn't be used as a hammer, but it's not exactly frail. There are plenty of places to get a full summary of its characteristics.

I carry the Spyderco Amalgam!
It is a fantastic knife, I know all the knife channels complained about the flipper tab, and if that spent 5 minutes using the knife it ain't hard to figure it out!
Has the best feel in hand of any folder I have ever had!

I also like those striped Titanium Scales on the ZT.
That Bear & Son with the Sheepfoot is really cool. I actually like the swedge on the sheep foot and I normally can't stand a swedge on such blades.
Nice to see a return of Zombie green! Thanks Mora! BTW...Mora's don't have a full tang . It basically a short skinny tang that is "encapsulated" into a plastic handle. How in the world can anyone trust such a tang!(LOL)
Those Dawson knives are beautiful. Out of my price range but you're right. Absolutely gorgeous!

If I could afford the Dawson, I'd take the second one shown. But I can afford the Bear&Son. And I also like the little Corgi i can afford them. And then there's something about Zombie Green. Is it going to make a comeback?
