In 1966 India renamed as India cooperation mission
2012 - To manage India's growing portfolio of project, development partnership administration formed.
India frame it's programs based on equal realtionship of sovereign partners.
While western aid is increasingly focussing on governance gaps. India has traditionally focussed on capacity building

Ans - in 2015 IDEAS scheme set the guidelines fr Loc and grants, increased transparency, better coordination with department and private sector
