Lubartowski Family Project - October 17, 2021

We are fortunate that four cousins, Ken Dorfman of Los Angeles, California, Carlos Kripka of Porto Allegre, Brazil, Raquel Lubartowski Nogara of Montevideo, Uruguay, and Anna Gold Vandelman of Montreal, Quebec, Canada) have agreed to be interviewed by Danny, (notice I did not say interrogated).

Carlos and Raquel will impart the unique experience of the Jewish diaspora, as lived by their families, in South America. Anna will provide a version of growing up in Montreal that differs in significant ways from those discussed by Susan Lubertofsky Ditkowsky at our previous gathering, and then back to the USA with Ken who will discuss his family’s experience of life in early and mid-twentieth century Los Angeles.
