Despite the public ire, i think we are not asking the right questions as kenyans...both the 3rd and the 4th estate. Questions like:
1. When was the idea for the jkia expansion conjured?
2. Did the KAA board of management sit, discuss, and vote on it, according to the law?
3. Did the board inform the permanent and pensionable employees of the proposal?
4. Did the board decision escalate to KCAA, and then to the ministiries of transport and public works for input? Also, was the AG involved once it reached that level, and what was his legal advice?
5. Who signed the agreement on behalf of KAA?? Was there public participation in tendering the process? How was Adani chosen??

We can cause uproar on this issue, but i believe we need to start from the begining. We cannot fix an issue if we can't break it down to small actionable agenda.
