Just pushed through 300 burpees in 30 minutes, and wow, that was intense! 😅🔥 This workout is no joke – total body burn and a real test of endurance. Feeling accomplished and exhausted at the same time! Thanks for the challenge

fantastic work out. i did all 300. i did full burpees from the beginning . however, i did not put my hands above my head. i am 67 years old

Did 250+. Very intense and challenging yet fun. I think doing variations over 30 minutes like previous videos would be more doable. But this is amazing also🔥

Second attempt went better. I didn’t get 300 but was able to average 4-6 burpees a round. Definitely an improvement and a reminder to keep coming back!

For some reason, burpees is one of the most difficult exercises for me. I really get tired easily doing those… so I took the challenge 😊I’m happy with myself because I managed to go through the whole sets, doing ~300 but I did it in more than 30 mn, probably around 40 because I had to pause for a couple more secs in-between sets. I also alternated between full burpees and half burpees. I’m happy with myself, because I managed to overcome my mind and body limit and push myself. Sweat is pouring like crazy. Thank you for another challenge.

I’m a little frustrated 😩 had to stop just shy of 200 because I was feeling light headed. But I’m glad I did the smart thing and played it safe this time 😅
