NOTE ON #9*: A lot of the time, I will post videos showing me using underdefined sketches on my artistic models. This is so that surfaces and splines are easy to modify by dragging points around rather than change one dimension at a time. Also there is artistic freedom with those specific parts, but whenever I make a part to send to be manufactured using a method other than 3D printing (and taking a SolidWorks Exam), I always fully define my sketches.

cheers bro, my favorite one is the make the sketch as simple as possible. for instance I find it useful to make the fillet not in the sketch as that makes it easier to modify the part later on.

I'm 2 weeks ahead in my solidworks class so I'll be taking the exam 2 weeks early today. I'm pretty nervous, but I've done several practice exams so I think I'm ready.

I just got 240/240! One thing that I noticed is that the first 2 models were overdefined if you did added every dim shown in the drawings
