Celebrating a nearly half-century tradition, the 49th Annual Gatlinburg Fourth of July Midnight Parade will line up July 3 at 11:59 PM and kick off at 12:01 AM on July 4th, ringing in the “First Independence Day Celebration in the Nation.” ACM Awards New Male Artist of the Year Nominee and GOLD-selling Country music hitmaker Conner Smith will headline the award-winning parade as Grand Marshal, ushering in the patriotic holiday in a procession of red, white, and blue.

This parade named as one of the “Top 10 Parades to see in the US” by National Geographic Traveler Magazine, will march through downtown Gatlinburg, beginning at the Baskins Creek Bypass located on East Parkway. Festive floats decorated in sparkling fashion will line the Parkway featuring patriotic marching bands, larger-than-life balloons, and more.

Does anyone agree with me that if the photographer had a great camera, she could have taken some fabulous photos including close-ups without getting right into the parade. A couple of times I thought a parade participant was going to fall! You all got great video!

Thanks for capturing the parade for us but a huge shoutout to hills creek church with the soldier kneeling at the cross. That put glory bumps all over me thank you for what you stand for even the world doesn’t like it. Thank you thank you thank you and stand firm that was awesome and beautiful to see bye far best float in the parade my opinion hands down
