By combining K-Pop and emo/alternative/rock music, I’ve joined together my favorite music and my best friend’s favorite music. Through these videos, I aim to expose people of both genres to the other genre. For example, someone who usually only listens to emo/alternative/rock music might not consider listening to K-Pop. However, once they see the epic dance moves K-Pop has, as well as how well the emo/alternative/rock song fits with the K-Pop choreography, they might consider listening to K-Pop. This also works vice-versa. A K-Pop fan might never consider listening to emo/alternative/rock music (that was like me before I began making these videos). When that fan sees the K-Pop choreography blending well with the sick instruments of emo/alternative/rock music, they might consider listening to some of that.
