It's funny that people HAVE to say, "Check with your doctor before you take anything herbal." Well, I ask my doctor, and she never knows what the heck I'm talking about. Ashwagandha?? What's that? Oxymel?? What's that?? Guinea Hen tea?? Nope, ...haven't heard of that either. Finally, I just stopped asking for permission to be healthy.

This is my first year growing my own ginger. It is almost time to harvest it so I'm of course searching for all the ways I can use it! THIS is definitely on my list now along with a tincture and maybe an oil. Thanks for your great videos!

I'm about to make this today! I'm wondering if I can mix it with thyme or rosemary. Thank you! So easy to understand and you use actual measurements, highly appreciated there.😊 😊

Truth. Easy to make tinctures and if people knew, there's lots of perscriptions and OTCs you wont ever buy or use again if you learned how ways to make your own medicine. Me, I have a health food store that has an outstanding bulk herb and spice area. I can find almost anything.
