After sleeping for 2 hours and too many adult drinks... This was the most epic and most painful workout I ever did! 😂💪🏼

Ass kicking high volume stuff like this is what I usually end up doing when it's all said and done. I love sweating like I'm standing in the rain and feeling my heart pound. The way you feel after when you've caught your breath when you're all finished is absolutely amazing!!! It's my favorite feeling!

I remember doing these when I was in my late 20's... it was a great workout but talk about not being able to move the next day as well as needing a rope to lower yourself onto the toilet, or not being able to bring your arms up to wash your face was a fun thing at the time but being in my late 50's would probably one crush me or kill me prematurely... lol. You guys are animals keep up the great work.

Did my take on this today...
100 reps back squat @ 60kg
100 rep bench @ 60kg
100 rep deadlift @ 60kg
100 rep seated press @ 20kg (just the bar)
Wasn't timing
I ain't buff enough (🤣) to be doing 100 reps with a 10 second break
The aim was to complete all reps b4 moving on to the next lift ..
Mission Completed
At about 10 mins per round..

This looks very hard and chalanging. I was very exited for the pull ups part . No wander you could not completr that. You are some really buff and heavy dudes, and to think about doing 100 pull ups with only a total of 1 minute and 30 second as rest is outstanding(including correct form) . Good video and keep it up dudes.

Hey, Buff Dudes! I decided to give this a try today, not the entire thing, mind you but, just the bench press sets because it was chest and triceps day. My god, my chest and arms were burning after finishing it. I had to drop weight around the 4 sets cause my muscles just couldn't keep up anymore. It definitely made the rest of my workout more difficult (in a good way). Going to try out the rest of the exercises later this week. Thanks for this up, guys! Ya'll doing god's work.

im 58 and have been doing the 100 non stop full 100s with 125 pounds squats, bent rows, flat bench, then 70 pound shoulders overhead triceps and then biceps... it brings tears and and you feel your heart lol

Tried your work out completed by doing 10 reps resting 30 to 45 seconds until completed 100 I failed on the pull ups couldn’t even lift up myself not even by cheating I almost faint when I performed deadlifts...best work out ever I’m including it by doing it once a week good idea... props on you guys!!!!

The moment they said "10 seconds rest between sets" I knew their pullup form is going to be horrible 😂
