Measuring Change in Social Norms within Gender-Transformative Programming

The webinar will highlight the deployment of CARE’s Social Norms Analysis Plot (SNAP) Framework, a tool which identifies the key components of a social norm, questions that help develop qualitative methods and measure changes in norms over time (e.g., two time point uses of vignettes).
