In this hilarious classic, Harold Van Pelham (Harold Lloyd) is a wealthy yet overly cautious businessman convinced he's gravely ill—when in reality, he's in perfect health! Seeking relief, Harold embarks on a trip to the tropical island of Paradiso, off the coast of Chile, with his faithful valet Mr. Pipps (Wallace Howe) and personal nurse (Jobyna Ralston). However, instead of finding peace, Harold accidentally lands himself in the middle of a revolution.

Led by the cunning Jim Blake (James Mason), a greedy American looking to overthrow the island’s government for personal gain, the revolution spirals out of control. Separated from his companions, Harold meets a towering fellow prisoner named Colosso (John Aasen) and together they escape, determined to bring an end to the chaos.

Watch as Harold, alongside his new giant friend and his loyal nurse, heroically defeat Blake's forces, restore order to the island, and ultimately realize that he's in better health than he ever imagined. With renewed confidence, Harold sails back to the U.S., ready for new adventures, including marrying his nurse and employing Colosso as a rather intimidating traffic cop.
