Im a realtor and sorry to say but this unit have alot of no-nos:

1. This is a boutique project
2. Unit is too small for a '2bedder'
3. Bathroom got no natural ventilation
4. Lack of windows in the entire unit

I have some concerns about that stone wall in the shower area. How do you maintain it in the long run? all the nooks and cranies seem like a perfect breeding place for bacteria and algae

I know it’s subjective but I’m finding this hard to watch - it’s unbelievable trying to live with such poor ventilation in this studio apartment. Perhaps it’s a “lifestyle choice” but a resale HDB would’ve been a wiser and more realistic option.

Came here after watching Xiao Qian and Zehvier's vid on their property purchasing decision making process. Amazing design transformation showing how design can enhance the livability of a compact unit. As a furniture design enthusiast I really like the togo sofa inspired cloud sofa piece by comfort design.

It's nice! Even tho it might be considered small but nicely designed + good storage... The only thing I'm wondering is that it looks tough to replace the washer with the WC in the way!

I can see that the lack of space, it requires compromises. Everything looks great to me. However, when I look at the toilet without a window, is there a requirement to install stronger extraction fan? Cause looking at functionality wise, would the toilet/bathroom trap a lots of moisture.

Super aesthetic overall :) I think it's still possible to do a flip down cover panel to hide bulkiness of the projector screen & visible sockets on top. just need enough allowance for the screen to go down and up. congrats on your new abode <3

i think they have no complaints because they haven't started living there yet, haha. a more helpful video would be to showcase the homes after a few months of living, so families can show the wear and tear or share reno regrets if any. :)
