I’m extremely angry and disappointed with ACER. On March 13, I was told my defective product would be processed and refunded in 5 days. It’s now March 30, and I still haven’t received my refund. This is unacceptable. The lack of urgency and professionalism is disgraceful. This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. I regret ever buying from ACER and will never again. #ACER #CustomerService
