My cover of "The Sweetest Chill" by Siouxsie and The Banshees. Off of their 1986 album "Tinderbox". This is one of my all time favorite Siouxsie songs. It's so amazing. The guitar work – written and performed by John Valentine Carruthers, is SO brilliant. He was one of the Banshee's finest guitarists. He is a big influence on my playing, and is one of my favorite guitarists.

This song took me a while to learn. It's pretty difficult to play. You need to be able to reach far with your fingers and also you need to be able to barre over the frets. Lots of parts in this song. I learned by ear. If anyone wants to learn this song, let me know if you want me to make a tab or lesson video for it. I'm open to either.

Fantastic playing!!! Always loved that descending guitar part that starts at 2:08. Floored me the first time I heard it. One of my favorite guitar parts off all time tbh

This is also one of my favorite Banshees songs, Tinderbox is probably my favourite album, great cover man! I'm currently trying to learn Starcrossed, that song is like a "hidden gem" in the Banshees catalog
