Came here because I remembered a tv show based off of the movie Starman. It centered around the alien’s daughter. They used a version of this song. After the part about carrying moonbeams home in a jar, it asks if you would rather go to earth. Don’t think it lasted long but I loved it. Can’t remember the name now 😔
