Показать описание
Optimizing Transition of Youth Living With HIV from Pediatric to Adult Care
In the era of effective and simplified antiretroviral therapy,
more and more perinatally HIV-infected youth are surviving

2. Review evidence-based interventions for youth transitioning
to adult care
3. Discuss the Ontario Youth Transition Accord
